How can you use your limited resources to build a successful volunteer project with an efficient, productive, and well managed team? This workshop focuses on coming up with reasonable goals, attracting valuable team members, and providing just the right amount structure and intervention. An interactive presentation will take you through choosing what to work on, assembling a good team, organizing and delegating, avoiding common problems, and growing and sustaining your organization in the long run. Come ready to ask questions and point out problems you have faced before, and share any advice you have found helpful.
